Dispatch Time Delivery time commences once your payment has been cleared, and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, typically within 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days
- NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days
- WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.
Address Discrepancies If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a member of our customer care team will be in touch. Please note that a re-delivery cost may occur.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt If you're not present when your order is delivered, a notification will be left in your mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office (for deliveries by Australia Post). For deliveries by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance for redelivery at your convenience. Please note that a re-delivery cost may occur if you're not home at the arranged time.
Rejected by Receiver If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver is aware to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost may occur if the parcel needs to be resent.
Delivery Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that delays may occur due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, kindly contact our customer service team for assistance.
Unavailable Services We currently do not offer pick-up or arranging your own courier services to ensure efficient dispatch from our distribution center.
Undeliverable Postcodes While we aim to deliver nationwide, there are a few postcodes that remain undeliverable for certain SKUs. Additional shipping fees may apply, and orders with no shipment service will be canceled and refunded automatically with email notification.
International Shipping We do not ship internationally at this time.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
